Future Balloons was in Genoa for the kick-off meeting of the ENhANCE Alliance. This project includes 12 partners, from 6 different EU countries. The meeting was hosted by the coordinator – Institute of Educational Technology, part of the Italian National Research Council.
During the next 3 years the ENhANCE Project will target a specific existing mismatch between the skills currently offered by nurses working in Primary Health Care (PHC) and those demanded by both public health care institutions and private service providers when applying innovative healthcare models centred on PHC.
Our role is to provide a study on the evolution of the employment market for the Family and Community Nurse occupational profile. The research activity should provide an overview of labour market and the related economic performance in all the relevant EU countries.
