Intitulada <strong>e-Learning Technologies on the Follow-up of Young People with Chronic Diseases<\/strong>, tem como objetivo apresentar o projeto Tichron e as ferramentas tecnol\u00f3gicas que foram desenvolvidas no seu \u00e2mbito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Estas ferramentas foram concebidas para resolver os problemas identificados na monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, tratamento e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de crian\u00e7as com doen\u00e7as cr\u00f3nicas (asma, diabetes e obesidade), envolvendo sectores da sociedade que interagem regularmente com estas crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Assim, vamos apresentar a plataforma de e-Learning, o Jogo, a Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Web (para utilizadores m\u00e9dicos) e o Chat bot.
